Candidates must;

• Confident communicators who enjoy working with customers

• Want to deliver high standards of customer service
• Strong English-speaking and writing skills to engage effectively and confidentially with customers
• Full time equivalent availability (4-5 full days a week) with the ability to commute into Central Birmingham.

Representing clients across Birmingham in face-to-face sales campaigns, this self-employed role is ideal for recent graduates and entry-level career starters looking to gain experience, develop transferable skills, and kickstart a successful journey in sales. No previous experience is required — people from retail, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service backgrounds often thrive here, but what matters most is ambition, energy, and the drive to succeed.
