Sales Assistant - Immediate Starts Available - Bournemouth (Entry Level - No Experience Required)

Based in the heart of Bournemouth, our client is a fast-paced Sales and Marketing company, who represent some of the most well-known brands in the country and with current expansion means that they are looking to develop their sales team with forward thinking individuals with a passion for driving growth, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

What they are looking for:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• No Experience required, however experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, Warehouse or other face-to-face Customer Relations roles is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
• A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
• Able to work a full time equivalent schedule, 5 days per week (Mon-Sat)
• Unfortunately this role is not suitable for international students and students, due to the full time commitment needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Building strong connections with customers, boost brand awareness and deliver memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Showcasing in-depth knowledge of brands and offering personalised recommendations.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), current international students or those only seeking part time roles, due to availability, our client is looking for candidates that can work 5 full days per week.
