Customer Sales Assistant (Entry Level) - Immediate Start - Training Provided - No Experience Required!

Our Central Southampton-based client is currently recruiting Entry Level Sales Assistants with full-time equivalent availability to start immediately due to their recent expansion and high client demand. Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service, and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.

The question is - would you enjoy representing clients in a fun, lively, well established and fully motivated company environment?

The key attributes they are looking for are;

• Positive, driven and proactive attitude.
• Must be willing and able to commute to and work within the Central Southampton area.
• High customer service standards.
• Full time equivalent availability (4/5 days between Mon-Sat)
• Unfortunately this role is not suitable for international students and students, due to the full time commitment needed.

No prior experience in sales or customer service is required. You'll have access to full structured training and ongoing skill-based support. Our client welcome candidates with previous experience in retail (retail assistant, shop assistant), call centres, warehouse (warehouse assistant, warehouse operatives), care, customer service, hospitality (bartending, front of house, waiter/waitress), or sales and marketing.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates and career starters looking to launch their career in sales and customer service.
