Our client, a thriving company specialising in field sales and marketing, is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join their vibrant, self-employed team in Swansea. No experience? No problem. What you’ll be doing:

In this entry-level sales role, you’ll connect with potential customers face-to-face through residential environments and event-based campaigns, understanding their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and presenting your client’s services in an engaging and professional manner. You’ll build rapport, answer questions, and drive sales while developing valuable communication and customer-facing skills.

No previous sales experience is required. Our client is looking for individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Successful candidates have previously come from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail, customer service, support work, care, hospitality, marketing, as well as roles including warehouse, driver, labourer, and manufacturing.
