Sales Assistant (Entry Level) – Central Birmingham

Candidates must:

• Be confident communicators who enjoy working with customers

• Want to deliver high standards of customer service
• Have strong English speaking and writing skills to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
• Have full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full days per week)
• MUST be able to commute into Central Birmingham

This is a self-employed, subcontracted role representing clients across Birmingham through face-to-face sales campaigns. Earnings are commission-based with uncapped earning potential and additional incentives available based on results. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level career starters looking to gain experience, develop transferable skills, and build a long-term career in sales.

No previous experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, warehouse, or customer service backgrounds often thrive in this environment; however, what matters most is ambition, energy, and the drive to succeed.
